Return Procedures

If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via our support channel, Whatsapp, or email.
2. Provide your Order Number and specify the products you wish to return, along with the reason for the return, in the designated input area.
3. Pack the returned products securely, along with a copy of our acknowledgement email, so we can process your request promptly.
4. Mail the return items to the following address: Zoal Corner Café Building, Water Tanker

Please note, the return should be within 7 days, and there are no fees for the returns.

Refund Policy

We will inspect the condition of each returned product before issuing a refund. Non-returnable items will not be eligible for a refund or return.

• The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
• We will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping and handling fee.
• If your order included a promotion code or gift, these must be returned to receive a full refund. Otherwise, the original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation Policy

If we receive a cancellation notice before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Limited quantities available for purchase
• Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
• Issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department

We may request additional verification or information before accepting an order. Our customer care team will contact you if your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed.

If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the charged amount will be reversed to your Card Account. By placing an order, you agree not to dispute our decision and accept our cancellation policy.

Shipping Delivery Policy

Bzuriyeh for Herbs and Natural Oils provides delivery service in the United Arab Emirates only. Prepaid orders are shipped within 1-3 working days in the United Arab Emirates. We ensure that only fresh products are shipped.

• We ship every day except Sunday and National Holidays.
• If delivery is not possible, our partners will attempt to deliver the package seven times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please provide a complete address and mobile number to facilitate delivery.

Shipping Rate Times

Delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days after processing the shipping for United Arab Emirates.
